Cancellation Policy

All rental fees paid by the Guests are non-refundable.

With that said, we always try to work with our guests if you have last minute unforeseen circumstances. The reason we have such a strict cancellation policy is because our average booking is made over 5 months in advance. Once a guest cancels, it is difficult to get those dates rebooked. But we offer our guests a few options depending on the circumstance. In the past, we have offered full refunds if our home gets rebooked for the dates cancelled. Other times we have allowed guests to rebook their dates for no additional costs. We always try to work out something fair. Additionally, we will work with you if you are interested in paying in 2 installments rather than all up front.
